Jeffrey Wibisono V. transforms into a digital enthusiast to support Hospitality Industry

Jeffrey Wibisono V. expands his passion and career beyond the hotel and tourism industry. He is now entering the hospitality industry through digital transformation products, e-concierge named DEE-Fi and DeEats. Effective July 2019, Jeffrey holds a position as a Senior Vice President of PT.  Teknologi Raya Sejahtera or shortened into TRSid.

While Jeffrey also continues his existing independent freelance activities in Telu Hospitality Learning and Consulting as a Hospitality Service Auditor and Motivational Inspirator that has been actively developing from October 2018.

As we all know, Jeffrey Wibisono V. is the author of Hotelier Stories Catatan Edan Penuh Teladan, a compendium of hotel’s knowledge in reality illustration published in December 2016.

In the past, in career, Jeffrey was particular. He specialises as a General Manager in pre-opening boutique hotels, where he has to develop, control and deliver the concept.

Jeffrey Wibisono V. experience includes General Manager of Amnaya and Alaya Resort in Kuta, FashionTV hotel in Legian and Villa Mahapala in Sanur Bali, from pre-opening project and developing its central theme of the villa which is astrology, recruitment, operations and creates standard service concept, Aston Braga Bandung, and as first-timer General Manager at pre-opening Sparks Hotel Jakarta.

Jeffrey is not new in Sales & Marketing within his 30 years of his career in the hospitality industry. He was Corporate Director – Sales of Lv8, Bali’s Regional Director of Sales of Swiss-Belhotel, Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing of Rama Hotels & Resorts Bali, and  Director of Sales of Ramada Bintang Bali Resort member of Marriott Hotels & Resorts.

Winner of numerous awards and recognition for work in the public relations and sales & marketing field.

Jeffrey’s pivotal point to provide excellent service to all customers in the hospitality industry must be neutral. Free from racism, religious and political symbols.
